The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has requested a 45-day extension to the review period for the proposed CME
Credit Index Event contracts, notifying CME late yesterday. As a result, CME is announcing a delay in the launch of these
products from the originally announced May 6, 2007 start date.
Consequently, ticker testing, which was originally scheduled to take place this Friday, April 27, 2007 and Friday, May 4,
2007, will be rescheduled as well. CME Market Data Operations will advise distributors of new ticker test dates when they
are determined.
CME will announce a new launch date as soon as it is selected, which will be no earlier than June 5, 2007.
